Sussex Breeze is a detached villa standing in secluded private gardens with a swimming pool. It is less than 100 metres from Mauritius's largest and longest magnificent public sandy beach. The villa is located in a quiet residential area between Trou aux Biches and Grand Baie.
Five minutes walk from the beach house are a small supermarket, bank with cash point, restaurants and a hotel. The bus stop is adjacent and connections to the whole island of Mauritius are possible by bus. Taxis are also readily available.
The town of Grand Baie is about 10 km from Sussex Breeze and offers amenities such as restaurants, bars, large supermarket and a variety of shops. There is also a 9 hole golf course 1.5 km away with all the usual facilities including club hire.
The villa is run privately by a family in the UK who have relatives in Mauritius. They visit Mauritius regularly to make sure all is well with the property. When they are not on the island the rest of the family are on hand to ensure the villa is perfectly maintained and that guests have everything they need to make their stay in the villa and on the island one to remember.
